Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Size mismatch (for unworn and unwashed items)

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or clearance sale products are non-returnable, unless received in damaged or defective condition.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:
